An international bio-technology conference and exposition is expected to open at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center from January 29 to 30 this year.
BioITWorld Conference & Expo Hong Kong 2002, an event tailored to professionals from life science, biotech development and medical science launched by IDG World Expo (Asia) Ltd., will highlight a new landscape for technological advancement and breakthroughs in medical science.
Gary Fung, the company's managing director, said the event is also in echo with the Hong Kong government's dedication to creating new dimensions in Hong Kong's economy by technology.
The conference is sponsored by 12 local organizations including Innovation and Technology commission, Hong Kong Venture Capital Association Ltd., Hong Kong Productivity Council and the Hong Kong Biotechnology Association Ltd.
